Book your flight to Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). To transfer to Hilton Vallarta Riviera Hotel (check-in at 3:00 PM):

Option 1: Official Airport Taxis The only authorized vehicles for curbside pickup at the arrivals terminal.

Convenience: Fast and official with no walking required.

Process: Exit the "Shark Tank" (timeshare area), pay a fixed fare at the taxi booth, and receive a voucher for your driver.

Option 2: Uber / Private Rideshare Perfect for saving up to 50% on your fare.

The Bridge Walk: Federal law prevents Ubers from picking up directly at the curb. To meet your driver, exit the terminal, turn left, and walk to the end of the building to find the pedestrian bridge.

Pickup Point: Cross the bridge to the highway's other side; most drivers meet at the Tacon de Marlin restaurant or the bus stop.

Rates: Uber typically costs $15 – $25 USD to the South Zone.

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
Full payment for this trip is due by March 10, 2026.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Deposits are non-refundable. This is because Sutton Adventures uses these funds to secure your room with the hotel.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more. Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule. There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due to everyone agreeing to these “terms and conditions”. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, there are no refunds nor transfers issued.
