EGYPT - Visa required. Single-entry visas valid for 30 days may be purchased upon arrival. Cost is $25 and payable only in cash. Exact change required. No credit cards accepted. Upon arrival, proceed to one of the bank kiosks in the Immigration Hall to obtain a self-adhesive visa sticker. Apply the sticker to a blank page of your passport and proceed to the immigration desks. To avoid any possible lines at the kiosk, you may also obtain a visa sticker direct from the airport representative meeting your flight for a service fee of $5 per person plus cost of the visa. Exact change required. No credit cards accepted. Passport must be valid for at least six months.
Entry Requirements for Ghana

All visitors to Ghana must be in possession of a valid passport or legal travel documents.

All visitors entering Ghana must have valid entry visas issued by a Ghana diplomatic mission or consulate abroad or any other visa issuing authority mandated by the Ghana Government to act on its behalf. (ECOWAS nationals and those of other countries with which the Government of Ghana has specific bilateral agreements, are exempted).

All travelers above nine (9) months coming into or transiting through Ghana are required to have been vaccinated against Malaria/Fever at least Ten (10) days from the proposed date of departure and where already vaccinated, provide evidence/ proof (certificate) indicating the duration of a vaccination status of not more than Ten (10) years before entering Ghana.

Ghana is one of the countries at the risk of Yellow Fever transmission, hence the need for all travelers (including those coming from countries with no risk to yellow fever) to Ghana to have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate or records indicating their protection from yellow fever.

The certificate may be required during the processing of the visa application. An applicant who for medical reasons cannot obtain the vaccination certificate must submit a medical certificate from a doctor.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule. There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due to everyone agreeing to these “terms and conditions”. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, there are no refunds nor transfers issued.

30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of cost

There is no refund for any unused portion of the service, regardless of the reason. Sutton Adventures paid all suppliers in advance and would not get a refund from suppliers for any reason.

Changes: Any change to an existing reservation requires full cancellation and rebooking and will be subject to full cancellation fees. The cost of any changes or additions after departure will be at the local rate at the time of the amendment and must be borne by the passenger.

Airline Tickets: Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable. Should airline tickets require to be issued earlier than the Final Payment Due date, you may be required to pay a larger non-refundable deposit and/or complete full payment.
