SOUTH AFRICA - A tourist visa is not required for stays up to 90 days however passengers are required to have at least two, entirely blank (unstamped) visa pages (i.e. one side of such a page not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into South Africa. This includes re-entry from eSwatini. Therefore passengers continuing on to Zimbabwe and/or Botswana are required to have four blank visa pages. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/amendment pages at the back of the passport. South African government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page.

ZIMBABWE - Visa required. Visas for U.S. citizens can only be obtained upon arrival to Zimbabwe. US Citizens entering Zimbabwe for tourism can expect to pay $30 for a single-entry visa and $45 for a double-entry visa. For South Africa with Victoria Falls and Chobe River Safari should purchase the Kaza Uni-Visa for $50. The Kaza Uni-Visa allows for multiple border crossings between Zambia and Zimbabwe as required by itineraries. All information and rates are subject to change without notice. Payment in cash is recommended.

When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

All payments to Sutton Adventures are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Sutton Adventures has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule. There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due to everyone agreeing to these “terms and conditions”. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, there are no refunds nor transfers issued.
