SOUTH AFRICA - Upon entry, passport holders are required to have at least one, entirely blank (unstamped) visa page (i.e. one side of such a page not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into South Africa. This includes re-entry from Swaziland. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/amendment pages at the back of the passport. South African government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page.

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before May 2024.

When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. All payments to Sutton Adventures are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Sutton Adventures has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule. There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due to everyone agreeing to these “terms and conditions”. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, there are no refunds nor transfers issued.

Are payment plans available?Yes! We offer a convenient monthly payment plan for all of our trips. Please read this section carefully to understand how much your trip will cost per month: 1. Go the trip page you're interested in visiting 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to "RESERVE YOUR TRIP NOW" (located in the teal section) 3. You will find the total cost for the trip and the monthly payment schedule. *Your monthly payments will depend on which month you book your trip. Do I have to bring my own flying dress on the trip?No, you do not have to bring your own dress. We provide all of our clients with the flying dress color of their choice and size preference.

We travel year-round with our couples and want to ensure they have the best experience possible by receiving our undivided attention in planning our group trips.
