AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

All payments to Sutton Adventures are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Sutton Adventures has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Seat assignments are at the discretion of the airline. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. If you require a certain seat, we recommend booking the land only package.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule. There will be a $20.00 “late fee” assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due to everyone agreeing to these “terms and conditions”. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, there are no refunds nor transfers issued.

You will find the total cost for your trip package and the monthly payment schedule. To secure your trip reservation and enjoy low monthly payments, make your deposit today.

Are payment plans available?Yes! We offer a convenient monthly payment plan for all of our trips. Please read this section carefully to understand how much your trip will cost per month: 1. Go the trip page you're interested in visiting 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to "RESERVE YOUR TRIP NOW" (located in the teal section) 3. You will find the total cost for the trip and the monthly payment schedule. *Your monthly payments will depend on which month you book your trip. For example, if you book your trip to Dubai in June, your monthly payments will be only $400 per month until the final payment is due. June - $100 deposit Payment 1: July - $400 Payment 2: August - $400 Payment 3: September - $400 Payment 4: October - $400 . . What age group does your travel group cater to?Ever traveled with a group of strangers before...and had a BLAST?! Well, that's what it's like traveling with our group of fun & professional couples! Our adventurous group of couples range in age from late 30's to late 50's , are predominantly African-Americans (although we welcome all ethnicities), love making new friends, and enjoy upscale, luxury travel. If that's you, we would love for you & bae to join us.

Do I have to bring my own flying dress on the trip?No, you do not have to bring your own dress. We provide all of our clients with the flying dress color of their choice and size preference.

Do you all plan personal / family trips? Is this group for couples only?Thank you for your interest in traveling with us! Unfortunately, we do not plan personal/family trips. We travel year-round with our couples and want to ensure they have the best experience possible by receiving our undivided attention in planning our group trips.
